Orange Avocado Salad

It’s a quick mix of blood oranges, avocado, and basil with a simple dressing of honey, extra-virgin olive oil, and spices on a bed of microgreens!

Great meal to boost your immunity system!


  • 1 blood orange , sliced

  • 1 tangerine , sliced

  • 1 avocados , sliced

  • 1/2 cup Broccoli or Leeks microgreens

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp mixed herb blend

  • pinch chia seeds

  • pinch hemp seeds

  • salt , to taste

  • black pepper , to taste


  1. Lay the sliced oranges and avocados on a plate.

  2. Mix together the dressing ingredients and drizzle it on top of the fruits.

  3. Garnish with chia and hemp seeds and enjoy!
